While energy prices change often, our SimplyFair tariff removes that complexity for our customers. It's the perfect balance between dynamic prices that change hourly and 24-month contracts that keep you locked in to a high price (think households in 2025 still paying 2022 prices).We truly stick to our electricity-at-fair-prices model. This means that unlike our competitors whose prices mostly only go up, we even pass on decreases as well. Since our monthly fixed fee means we do not profit from price increases, increases only happen when market prices change significantly, such as during the energy crisis a few years ago. However since then, we have decreased prices 7 times and only increased once, still achieving a significantly cheaper price over time.
