How Our Referral Code Works
Step 1
Add a referral code in the Tariff Plan step
If you enter your postal code and consumption amount from the top page, you will be redirected to the Tariff plan page. Input the referral code there and get a tariff estimate.
Step 2
Credit added to your Wallet
Credit will be credited to your wallet as soon as you log in to the app and both your contract and the contract of the person you referred have been active for a fortnight.

Select credit type
Enter the amount of credit to use to next invoice or to use in the Store

Check that credit is applied
If you use the credit for your next payment, it is added to your Payment page. If used in Store, the credit will be available at checkout.

Share your referral code
Copy the referral code on your Wallet page and send it to your friend. Once your friend signs up for Ostrom and their contract starts, the credit will be added to your wallet and your friend’s wallet.
